Driving results with performance and development conversations
At Unisys, our annual performance appraisal plan includes ongoing performance conversations with your leader about your career growth and development plan, in addition to performance. We include career enablement check-ins three times per year. These sessions are associate-initiated, leader-led and result in formal feedback being provided on goals, personal development opportunities and career discussions. All discussions are documented and used for reference during the year-end performance rating review and discussion.

That future begins with our interns, graduate traineeship, co-op and apprenticeship programs and continues throughout each associate's career. From your first day on the job, we provide leadership training, coaching, mentorship and networking opportunities that allow you to build a better future and help establish your career trajectory.
Early-career associates are mentored and trained by professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries with vast years of experiences to solve important problems for both our internal and external clients. Our robust early-career program focuses on growing and developing our leaders of tomorrow.
We provide opportunities for everyone to build their skills, knowledge and experience. All associates are encouraged to include a development plan within their performance plan so that they can receive the support, mentoring and encouragement from their leaders to ensure that this development is funded and completed successfully.
We offer a full leadership development roadmap with self-guided as well as live-virtual training programs that leverage the latest mobile technology and always focus on the global aspect of leadership. In these programs, you partner with leaders outside your region, business unit and comfort zone to maximize learning and impact.
