The Economic Times – India: Unisys expects continued talent expansion in hot skills despite current macroeconomic market challenges
In an interview, David Bundy shares Unisys strategy for moving more senior global roles to India, largely due to the country's talent availability. The company currently employs around 4,000 people in India, accounting for nearly a quarter of its global headcount. Growth plans include hiring cloud developers, digital workplace specialists, field service, and service desk agents – about a 5% increase over the next year, depending on the market. Unisys is continuing to focus on workforce transformation and gender diversity.
