Sustaining Passion, Ambition and Resolve for Career Success, or SPARCS, is a youth technology development program for female middle and high school students in Minnesota, USA. Our Unisys Eagan facility supports initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of information technology career opportunities.
As part of the Minnesota Aspirations for Women in Computing we have hosted the SPARCS event at our Eagan facility. SPARCS is a youth technology development program for female high school students in Minnesota. The program is typically comprised of 40 high school students and 20 to 30 professional women that includes activities and one-on-one meetings with the professionals.
