More than eyes and ears
Achilles International is a global organization that serves more than 150 thousand Athletes with Disabilities (AcDs) in 38 locations in 17 countries, including Brazil. Achilles has been operating in Brazil since 2006 and has a group of more than 250 volunteers who support, not only with their eyes and ears, but also with gestures of friendship and compassion.
In 2023, we had a lecture delivered by Achilles representative to Unisys associates. There were also several activities orchestrated by Unisys inviting athletes with disabilities to participate in sensorial workshops conducted by Instituto Tomie Ohtake, walk and run events promoted by Instituto Olga Kos and theater plays coordinated by Teatro Claro and Wicked.
