Viva Maturidade: Technology Opportunities for Senior Citizens

Viva Maturidade is a project that launched in April 2019 in Itapevi, Brazil that focuses on digital inclusion for senior adults. Unisys has financially supported this program through incentive law in Brazil. The project is led by the municipality of Itapevi, and they invest in many activities for seniors.

Unisys advocates for the continuance of learning in all aspects. By lending a hand to our senior community members, we can encourage activity and engagement in the most relevant technology advancements.

Unisys is sponsoring and volunteering in a technology lab where the seniors participate in basic classes on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet searches and other useful tools such as banking apps, messenger apps and social media networks.
