Rodney is a management and operations professional with decades of program management experience working for manufacturers and business process improvement companies serving the aviation industry in both the cargo and passenger sectors. A high-energy, clear thinking, creative and passionate team player, Rodney applies his experience to drive client success. Prior to joining Unisys, he worked with Delta Air Lines in program and project management for more than 30 years.
Rodney has experience and knowledge of various aspects in the passenger and air cargo industry, including commercial management, domestic and international cargo operations and passenger operations, project management, global airline alliances, industry organizations, technical operations and software development across diverse organizations. He has additional experience in supplier/partner relations, marketing, strategic planning, field operations and large-scale global implementations.
