Karim Jawhary is the Senior Industry Director, Life Sciences and Healthcare, at Unisys. He brings over 15 years’ experience in the technology industry, with deep expertise in Cloud Computing, SaaS, Big Data and Security solutions.
Prior to joining Unisys, Karim served at TIBCO Software, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive, leveraging the TIBCO Connected Intelligence Cloud to augment business intelligence and agility through analytical insights. He also worked at Akamai Technologies as an Enterprise Account Executive. At Akamai, he built a strong Life Sciences and Healthcare practice, growing revenues by 300% from 2009 to 2011 through strategic analysis, business development, direct sales, and account management. He developed partnerships with Accenture, IBM, Verizon, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Novartis to help create this company-wide vertical.
Karim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, and has pursued continuing education in Force Management, Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, and SPI Solution Selling.
