New Unisys civilian agency leader brings a track record of innovation in federal government cloud, mobility and security projects

BLUE BELL, Pa., April 15, 2015Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) today announced that Casey Coleman, former chief information officer (CIO) for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), is joining the company as group vice president for civilian agencies, Unisys Federal.

In her new role, Coleman will be responsible for delivering integrated Unisys products and services to Unisys' federal government civilian agency clients.

Widely recognized as an innovator during her tenure as GSA's CIO from 2007 to 2014, Coleman led several modernization initiatives, including the agency's move to a cloud-based email and collaboration platform as well as a cloud-based CRM platform. She also led an agency-wide mobility program to enable access to information from anywhere and from any device. In addition, she led an initiative to integrate all GSA infrastructure operations into a single consolidated program.

Coleman is a recipient of the ComputerWorld Premiere 100 Award, the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium Award for Leadership in Innovation, and is a three-time winner of the Federal Computer Week Federal 100 Award.

She most recently served as client executive vice president at AT&T Government Solutions. Prior to her role as GSA's CIO, she served as CIO for GSA's Federal Acquisition Service and held sales, consulting and engineering positions at companies such as Lockheed Martin and Kana Software.

"We are extremely pleased to have Casey leading Unisys' U.S. federal civilian agency business," said Venkatapathi "PV" Puvvada, president of Unisys Federal. "Her expertise in areas like cloud, mobility, security and IT consolidation fits perfectly into the strengths of the portfolio of solutions Unisys provides to its federal clients. Her skills and experience will help us continue to achieve success at meeting the mission-critical needs of our civilian agency clients."

"As someone with a passion for helping federal government agencies use technology to advance their missions, I look forward to working at Unisys to serve the company's civilian agency clients," said Coleman. "This position offers me an opportunity to have a significant impact across the entire federal civilian sector."
