​New Unisys Service Helps Clients Realize Increased Value from the ServiceNow Platform

​Subscription-based offering is designed to help enterprises streamline management of the ServiceNow platform and improve delivery of digital services

BLUE BELL, Pa., July 14, 2015 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) today announced a new addition to its Platform Management services that helps organizations streamline and simplify the management of their ServiceNow® enterprise cloud platform.


As organizations expand their use of the ServiceNow platform to deliver business and IT services to their end users worldwide, they are increasingly looking for expert resources to implement and manage new value-added functions, such as creating and maintaining a multi-language service catalog or adding new items to a configuration management database.

The new Unisys service for the ServiceNow platform, available by annual subscription, enables organizations to focus their resources on core business priorities by having Unisys take on the management and maintenance of the service-management environment.

The management services Unisys will provide for clients using the ServiceNow platform include:

  • Creation of service catalog and end-user self-service portal and translation into native languages;
  • Integration of the ServiceNow platform with key IT operations management tools;
  • Configuration management;
  • Knowledge management – applying industry best practices and Unisys operational experience to create an advanced knowledge base to streamline operations and improve service; and
  • Flexible support levels, including 24/7 incident support.

The new Platform Management service is the latest addition to the Unisys Edge Service Management suite for the ServiceNow platform. These offerings give digital businesses access to personalized, on-demand, "always on" business and IT services to support their workers, partners and clients.
