Unisys has earned Global Leader status in ISG's 2026 Generative AI Services Provider Lens® report for the third consecutive year, spanning both the Strategy & Consulting and Development & Deployment quadrants for midsize providers worldwide.
ISG's independent Star of Excellence client survey also placed Unisys among the top three providers globally for client experience, with a score of 90.11 against an 84.74 industry average.
ISG highlights Unisys capabilities across both quadrants:
- Strategy and Consulting Services: ISG cites the Develop–Transform–Orchestrate model at the center of Unisys' AI framework, along with its AI- and data-readiness assessments, which evaluate technical debt, governance, security and organizational factors before priorities are set. Together, they keep AI planning aligned with the conditions organizations need to move initiatives beyond experimentation at scale.
- Development and Deployment Services: The report highlights the Unisys Intelligence Accelerator platform, which applies one shared enterprise context across cloud, applications, data, and security. It also cites Service Experience Accelerator, the technology framework behind many Unisys digital workplace solutions, which unifies a conversational digital assistant, self-improving knowledge, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics into one operating model for service delivery.
Across both quadrants, ISG frames Unisys' differentiator as an "operations-grounded" approach that ties AI strategy and engineering to Unisys solutions and services.
