In its survey of 1,000 executives across the U.S., Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, Unisys reported a lack of consensus regarding the application of generative AI in IT services. While nearly 75% of IT leaders considered this technology vital for minimizing downtime, less than one-third of business executives shared this viewpoint. “AI alone isn’t enough.
