Rick is the Vice President of Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for Unisys world-wide.
He is responsible for Unisys providing secure, high-quality BPO and digital transformation services across the globe in the areas of Mortgage and Deposits, Payments, and Civil Registry. Unisys' BPO services help clients remove the capital investment burden, automate and lower costs, improve and maintain security and compliance and improve the quality of their services, which ultimately drives higher customer satisfaction.
Prior to this role he was the Vice President and General Manager responsible for the P&L across the Asia Pacific region.
Rick is a dual Olympian having represented South Africa in the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games for yachting.
