Kristine Krueger, Ph.D., leads global organizational change management (OCM) service delivery for Unisys. In this role, she spearheads the design, development and execution of technology adoption strategies and solutions for all Unisys clients, as well as for internal Unisys initiatives. She has more than 20 years of experience translating strategy into impactful, integrated plans with key partners, leaders and other critical stakeholders to ensure OCM is delivering value that drive business results.
Named as one of 16 Unisys Innovators, Kristine is consistently recognized for advancing new ideas across a broad range of functions. She is a member of Unisys’ Executive DEI council, serves as the vice president of membership recruitment for the Association of Talent Development’s Triangle Area chapter, and is a founding member of Hacking HR’s Experts Council and the ansrTable Mastermind Group.
