Jennifer Bazela is the Vice President, Operations, Corporate Information Technology (CIT) at Unisys Corporation. She is responsible for leading and developing strategic cyber and IT programs that include technical deployments, training programs, awareness campaigns, and cross-functional communications. In this capacity, she enhances the company's security and IT posture by enabling Unisys associates around the globe to understand their role in cybersecurity and drives the adoption of industry-leading best practices. Jen is also responsible for alignment between the CIT organization and all Unisys business units, delivery and client teams, and external vendors and partners.
Jen brings more than a decade of cybersecurity and business relationship experience to Unisys, having held strategic roles at Discovery, Inc., Oracle Corporation, and IBM Corporation. Prior to her tenure in cybersecurity, she began her career in politics. Her time in public service spanned constituent-based lobbying, partnerships with Fortune 500 and trade association clients, and responsibility for advocacy campaigns at the state, local, national, and international levels.
Jen excels at inspiring collaboration and facilitating dynamic communication across all facets of Unisys. Her user-centric approach has enabled her to influence Unisys's cybersecurity practices globally and further embed security in Unisys's culture and solutions.
