    Unisys offers a comprehensive set of cloud-related services including services under our CloudForte® brand. The Unisys CloudForte® brand represents a comprehensive suite of cloud advisory, managed services, technology platform capabilities, tools and applications services, and architecture specifically designed for the management, governance, development, modernization, migration and integration of Hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud environments and resources.

    Services available include but are not limited to and can be consumed by client independently or as part of a crafted solution.

    • Business and technical advisory and consultative service for strategy, design, architecture, organizational governance, security and compliance
    • Modernization, migration and management for cloud infrastructure, applications and data
    • Cloud management services
    • Cloud environment optimization services for architecture, compliance, governance and financial management
    • Cloud foundation services for design, establishment and operation of cloud environments and operations

    In addition, Unisys offers additional cloud-related services in the following areas:

    • Unisys cloud-based SIEM leveraging LogRhythm
    • Unisys cloud-based Data Analytics: Advanced Analytics
    • Unisys Border Security Solutions: LineSight®

    Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this contract.

    Product and Service Specifications

    Product and service specifications will be defined via the standard price list and a Statement of Work (SOW) that is jointly developed by the customer and Unisys in compliance with Senate Bill 20 and DIR requirements for the institution.

    Pricing Information

    Pricing will be established in accordance with the standard price list and Statement of Work developed and negotiated with each Customers purchasing services under this Contract. The consolidated pricing sheet can be found below:

    Warranty and Return Policy

    Warranty and return policies are established by the manufacturer and are subject to change. The appropriate manufacturer’s then current published policies concerning product warranties and returns will apply. Applicable services provided by Unisys or Unisys partners in the delivery of services to DIR customers are not subject to return policies. However, services are subject to any applicable warranty information provided in the DIR contract.
