Product and Service Specifications
Product and service specifications will be defined via the standard price list and a Statement of Work (SOW) that is jointly developed by the customer and Unisys in compliance with DIR requirements for the institution.

Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty and return policies are established by the manufacturer and are subject to change. The appropriate manufacturer’s then current published policies concerning product warranties and returns will apply. Applicable services provided by Unisys or Unisys partners in the delivery of services to DIR customers are not subject to return policies. However, services are subject to any applicable warranty information provided in the DIR contract.
