Unisys Wins Gold at 2017 ITSMA Marketing Excellence Awards
Innovative client success program wins recognition for impact on Unisys' reputation, service and business
BLUE BELL, Pa., November 9, 2017 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) today announced that its premier client success program has won a Gold Award for Marketing Excellence from ITSMA, the leading source for business-to-business (B2B) marketers in the connected economy.
Winning in the "Ensuring Customer Success" category, Unisys accepted the award at ITSMA's recent 24th Annual Conference, Marketing Vision 2017.
The award-winning Unisys Closed-loop Client Success Program is a multi-year initiative relying on direct feedback to enhance client service and cultivate advocates around the world. It incorporates a range of high-touch channels, including client surveys in eight languages, continual engagement through Unisys client executives and promotion of Unisys clients' success.
The program has helped Unisys exponentially raise its Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a common standard for measuring effectiveness of client service and a key indicator of client loyalty and business growth. Unisys' NPS jumped from 23 in 2013 to 43 in 2016 – an 87-percent increase and significantly above the average NPS of 25 for B2B companies. In addition, the program was instrumental in enabling Unisys to improve its win rate for client contract renewals and substantially increase revenue from target accounts.
