The Unisys solution will be supported by the ServiceNow cloud to enable child-protection organizations to transform how they deliver services to children and families in need through a new, user-friendly capability designed to improve outcomes.
FamilyNow uses modern technology to rapidly deploy emerging best practices that protect families and prevent loss of life. FamilyNow transforms the way social care organizations deliver services by applying analytics, automation and intuitive navigation to help professionals manage caseloads, citizens get self-service, and families obtain the right services for their situation.
