Unisys is positioned furthest among Challengers for ability to execute and completeness of vision
BLUE BELL, Pa., October 19, 2015 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS), a leading provider of IT managed services, today announced that Gartner, Inc. has positioned Unisys in the "Challengers" quadrant in the 2015 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Center Outsourcing and Infrastructure Utility Services, North America.
Among the nine providers in the Challengers quadrant, Unisys is positioned highest for ability to execute and completeness of vision and furthest toward the "Leaders" quadrant for completeness of vision.
The report states, "This Magic Quadrant focuses on management services for mainframe and centralized server environments. It evaluates the abilities of 21 top service providers to deliver data-center-managed services across North America — including data center outsourcing (DCO) and infrastructure utility services (IUS), which are often enabled by remote infrastructure management (RIM) services and increasingly based on managed virtual private cloud services."*
