​​Unisys Chief Financial Officer Inder M. Singh Receives Philadelphia Business Journal "2018 CFO of the Year" Award

​Honor recognizes strategic financial initiatives that position company for success in the digital era

BLUE BELL, Pa., July 13, 2018 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) today announced that the Philadelphia Business Journal has honored Inder M. Singh, Unisys senior vice president, Global Finance and Chief Financial Officer, with a "2018 CFO of the Year" award.

The award ceremony took place July 12 in Philadelphia.

The award recognizes Singh's role as a key driver in Unisys' ongoing transformation. Joining Unisys in 2016 as part of the senior management team under Chairman and CEO Peter Altabef, Singh proved instrumental in helping the company develop a financial model that enabled it to benefit from a then-new, focused strategy of providing secure, software-driven services solutions to clients in specific global industries where Unisys had proven expertise.

During his tenure as CFO, Singh has also driven financing initiatives to enhance Unisys' liquidity and strengthen the balance sheet, improve the company's pension financing and improve transparency into the company's financials to give investors and analysts a clearer view of the company's present and future.
