Unisys Expands Presence in India with New Bengaluru Office
Bengaluru, India, June 13, 2017 – Unisys Corporation today announced it has expanded its presence in India by opening a new office in Bengaluru. Unisys has relocated one of its two facilities in Whitefield, Bengaluru, to occupy space in the RGA Tech Park, on Sarjapur Road, with state-of-the-art amenities and capacity for 2,400 people.
The new office in RGA Tech Park supplements the remaining office locations on Residency Road and Whitefield in Bengaluru as well as the Unisys facility in Hyderabad.
Unisys India plays a significant role in global solution development and service delivery for Unisys, and this move enables the company to meet expanding business requirements.
The new facility has many features valuable in attracting and retaining a contemporary workforce: transportation connections, dedicated parking space, numerous food options, entertainment choices and a workplace designed to support greater collaboration, engagement and productivity.
Unisys began its operations in India in 2004 with 32 associates and now employs approximately 5,000 people – nearly a quarter of the company's global workforce.
