David Bundy is senior vice president and chief people officer at Unisys. In this role, he leads the company’s global people strategy and workforce planning, overseeing the critical agenda of attracting new talent, creating a ‘best place to work’ environment, and developing and empowering the workforce to meet ever-evolving technology and skill demands.
David joined Unisys in 2019 as vice president of Human Resources for EMEA and, in 2020, took on the additional role of global HR business partner. In 2022, he was named vice president of Global HRBP & HR Shared Services and, in 2025, took on Workforce Management. In this role, he was responsible for building a matrixed HR leadership structure across more than 50 countries to attract, retain and develop talent; manage employee relations; and lead the people integration strategy for several M&A initiatives.
Prior to Unisys, he spent nearly two decades in progressively senior HR leadership positions, achieving bottom-line impact through workforce planning expertise, large-scale people transformations and global rewards strategies. His career spanned companies such as DXC Technology, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE), Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). During his tenure at these organizations, he built deep knowledge in post-merger integration, organizational design, and human capital strategies, consistently executing HR strategies for large, multi-country workforces.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in International Relations and Economics from the University of Reading in the U.K.
