Mr. Kritzmacher served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of John Wiley & Sons, Inc., a global leader in research and education, from 2013 until 2021. From 2012 to 2013, he was Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Organizational Planning, at WebMD Health Corp., a leading provider of health information services. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Kritzmacher served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Crossing Limited, a global provider of IP-based telecommunications solutions. From 1982 to 2008, he held a number of roles of increasing responsibility at Alcatel-Lucent and its predecessor companies, Lucent, Technologies Inc., AT&T and Bell Laboratories, culminating in serving as Chief Financial Officer at Lucent in 2006 and as Chief Operating Officer of the Services Business Group at Alcatel-Lucent from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Kritzmacher has served as a director of InterDigital, Inc. since 2009 and as a director of QualTek Services Inc. from December 2022 to 2023. Mr. Kritzmacher has served on the Board since 2022 and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee and the Security and Risk Committee.
Mr. Kritzmacher’s distinguished career serving as a financial and operational leader for more than 40 years at several leading global technology and telecommunications companies has equipped him to provide the Board with valuable perspectives important to Unisys Corporations’ strategic imperatives. In addition, Mr. Kritzmacher’s understanding of the financial and operational aspects of doing business globally greatly benefit Unisys, which receives more than half of its revenue from non-U.S. operations.
