Method of Entry: Participants may enter this raffle by completing an entry form at the Unisys Corporation exhibit booth during the Nexthink Experience 2025 Conference taking place at the InterContinental in London during the entry period which starts at 8 a.m. British Summer Time on the 30th of September, 2025 and ends at 5:10 p.m. British Summer Time on the first of October, 2025.
Eligibility: This raffle is only open to individuals who are at least the age of majority where they reside at the time of participation that are not excluded from participation based on these Rules and applicable laws. You are not eligible if you are an employee or family member or share the same household as an employee of Unisys Corporation (“Sponsor”) or the Nexthink Experience 2025 Conference and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, or divisions. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications and compliance with these Rules at any time. All personal and other information you provide in connection with the raffle must be truthful, complete, accurate, and not misleading. You are not eligible if your employer (whether a state, local or federal government, government agency or any other organization) prohibits participation in raffles such as these. You are responsible for confirming with your organization any policies or restrictions concerning participation in raffles and similar programs and securing any approvals from your organizations before participating in the raffle or accepting any item of value from Sponsor. Sponsor may disqualify any participant that Sponsor, in its sole discretion and at any time, determines: (i) fails to meet the eligibility requirements, (ii) to be actually or presenting the appearance of tampering with the operation of the raffle, (iii) to be acting in violation of these Rules or in a manner that is inappropriate, unsportsmanlike, not in the best interest of the raffle, or (iv) whose participation or receipt of a prize (as applicable) may create a real or apparent conflict of interest or be prohibited by or result in a violation of applicable law. Sponsor’s decisions are final, binding and non-contestable.
Selection of a Winner: The winner will be chosen by chance through a random luck-based drawing of a single winner out of all eligible raffle entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawings will take place at 1:00 p.m. British Summer Time on the thirtieth of September 2025, and on the first of October 2025. Participants must be present to win. If the selected winner is not present, an alternate winner will be drawn immediately.
Taxes: The Prize may be considered income; the reporting and paying of all federal, state or local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Changes: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle in whole or in part, without liability. The Raffle details and Rules are subject to change at any time. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will post such changes on the Raffle website. To the extent permitted by law, any changes will become effective at the time specified in the posting of the amended Rules or, if no time is specified, the time of posting. Sponsor is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical errors or other things that may prevent the raffle from running as planned.
Governing Law: These Rules and the Raffle are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to choice of laws rules. Any action, suit, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, this Raffle or the Rules must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in Philadelphia, PA. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any raffle materials, including but not limited to the Raffle Website and advertising, these Rules shall control. THE RAFFLE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. If any of these Rules are or become illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction whose laws or regulations may apply, the remainder of these Rules, including the term affected, shall be unaffected and valid to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability: To the greatest extent permissible under applicable law, in no event will sponsor, Nexthink, their respective affiliates, or any of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors or assigns (collectively, the "released parties") be liable to you for any direct, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages nor for any loss of use, data, business or profits arising out of or in connection with your participation in the raffle, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if they knew or should have known of the possibility of such loss or damage. The social media platform is not a sponsor or endorser of or affiliated with the raffle. Each participant releases the social media platform from liability for the raffle.
Publicity and Privacy: You consent to the collection, use and sharing of any information from or about you, including your name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, entry and statements attributed to you for purposes of announcing the winner and for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, sending marketing communications and inclusion in the Sponsor’s, its Affiliates, newsletters, website and social media accounts or outlets without additional compensation. Sponsor and its affiliates may collect personal information from and about you when you enter and in connection with your participation in the Raffle and (if applicable) the receipt of any prizes.
