Unisys named a finalist in three digital workplace award categories
In a market where customer engagement is critical to business success, Unisys has been named a finalist in three categories for the 2023 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs):
- Best Customer Experience (Large Team)
- Best Multilingual Customer Service
- Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year
The ECCCSAs, now in its 23rd year, is the largest awards program in the European customer contact industry. The program honors organizations that are leaders in customer service, emphasizing innovation, efficiency and effectiveness.
Last year, Unisys' Next-Generation Service Desk received the ECCCSA Silver Award for “Best Customer Experience,” gaining recognition for its proactive approach to workforce efficiency, personalized technology services, and continued efforts to enhance the technology service delivery end-user experience. Unisys was also a 2022 finalist in the “Outsourced Contact Center of the Year” and “Most Effective Application of Technology (CX)” categories.
Inclusion as a finalist in the ECCCSA program underscores Unisys’ comprehensive approach to optimizing digital workplace experiences and its ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
ECCCSA winners will be announced on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
