Governments are modernizing infrastructure, improving how citizens access services and protecting sensitive data while keeping essential operations running. In its 2026 ISG Provider Lens® Public Sector Services and Solutions reports, ISG assessed how providers support these priorities across Australia, the U.K. and the U.S. and named Unisys a Leader in three quadrants:
- AI and Innovation Services (Australia, U.S.)
- Digital Transformation and Modernization Services (Australia)
- Managed IT Services (U.K.)
This year, ISG evaluated AI and Innovation Services as its own quadrant for the first time and added the U.S. to the study. Unisys is a Leader in that quadrant in both Australia and the U.S. This recognition reflects Unisys’ commitment to an AI-First strategy to help clients develop the right foundation for AI, transform how work gets done, and orchestrate AI securely at scale.
ISG highlighted how Unisys combines consulting, cloud, cybersecurity, digital workplace, infrastructure and managed services to deliver end-to-end, secure-by-design transformations. The reports also cite AI-enabled intelligent automation, hybrid cloud and application modernization, identity and access management, and threat protection, with delivery aligned to government governance, compliance and risk requirements.
Unisys also earned three Rising Star designations, which ISG gives to providers it believes have strong potential to move into the Leader quadrant. ISG recognized Unisys for Strategy and Enablement Services (Consulting) in Australia, Services to Local and Devolved Governments in the U.K., and Managed IT Services in the U.S.
This is the second consecutive year ISG has named Unisys a Leader in this study. In 2025, Unisys held two Leader positions, one each in Australia and the U.K. This year, that number doubles to four across three markets.
