Unisys has earned Leader status across multiple categories in the 2026 ISG Provider Lens™ Future of Work Services report, marking the sixth consecutive year of recognition. The report evaluates how service providers are meeting the demands of modern work environments with client-focused strategies.
Unisys was named a Leader in several areas, including:
- Workplace strategy and enablement services (Germany, U.K., U.S.)
- Digital workplace operations and support services, including large accounts (Germany, U.K., U.S.)
- AI-augmented collaboration and experience services (Germany, U.K.)
- Smart and sustainable workplace services (U.S.)
This year's report reflects ISG's newly introduced AI-augmented collaboration and experience services quadrant. ISG cited Unisys' "Intentional AI" approach, which builds data classification, prompt-library design and change management into AI rollouts, along with Unisys Service Experience Accelerator, which unifies telemetry, sentiment, and service data to simplify fragmented support tools.
The report highlights Unisys' experience-led approach to the digital workplace. The Experience Management Office and XLA 3.0/4.0 model tie workplace support to business outcomes and user sentiment rather than service-level metrics alone.
ISG also pointed to Unisys Device Subscription Service and AI/AR-enabled field services with 7,300 engineers handling millions of calls across more than 100+ countries.
Sustainability proved to be another key differentiator, with Unisys recognized in the U.S. for its sustainable workplace services. IoT-enabled space and energy monitoring, circular-economy device practices, and ESG reporting help organizations meet environmental goals while maintaining operational efficiency.
