BLUE BELL, Pa., Oct. 20, 2026 – Unisys (NYSE: UIS) today announced that Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS), and Antonio Pinto, director of field services delivery for the EMEA region, have been named Stand Out 50 Leaders in 2026 by the Future of Field Service.
The Stand Out 50 Awards recognize leaders in the field services industry who are nominated and chosen by their industry peers for strategic service delivery, demonstrating authentic and exemplary leadership, innovative approaches and a passion for enhancing client experience. This marks Sobera's second consecutive honor — she was also recognized in 2025 — and the first for Pinto.

At Unisys, she leads a global delivery team of more than 6,000 colleagues who provide agile and cross-industry technical support, including developing and implementing AI-enabled services available on demand in any language. Under her leadership, DWS has continued to advance its AI-driven service delivery capabilities, including the recent expansion of its collaboration with Salesforce to deliver AI-driven field services.
In addition to her business-critical work, Sobera is a recognized thought leader with deep influence within the industry. HDI, the leading trade organization for the technical support and service management industry, named her a Top 25 Thought Leader in 2025 and 2026. She also serves as the Lean in Ambassador for Women in Tech in EMEA.
Pinto has more than two decades of leadership experience in field services delivery, operations management and digital transformation. As a director of field services delivery for the EMEA region, he leads teams responsible for frontline support across the region. Pinto is recognized for his expertise in strategic problem-solving and delivering client-centric solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
