Mr. Davis is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Unisys Corporation and previously served as the Board’s Lead Independent Director since 2018. Mr. Davis is the retired Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Stride, Inc. (NYSE: LRN) (formerly known as K12 Inc.), a provider of tech-enabled education solutions, curriculum and programs directly to students, schools, the military, and enterprises in primary, secondary, and post-secondary settings. He was a member of Stride, Inc.'s board of directors from 2009 to 2022 and its Chairman of the Board from 2012 to 2022. He also served as Stride’s Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2021, a position he previously held from 2014 to 2016. He served as Stride Inc.’s Executive Chairman from 2013 to 2022. From 2007 to 2008, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of XM Satellite Radio, a provider of direct satellite radio broadcasts in the U.S., and from 2006 to 2007, was its President and Chief Operating Officer. He was also a member of the XM Satellite Radio board of directors from 1999 until 2008. From 2000 to 2003, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the board of directors of XO Communications Services, LLC (formerly Nextlink Communications Inc.). He has also held senior management roles at Nextel Communications Inc. and MCI Communications Corp. He began his career at AT&T Inc. Mr. Davis also serves as a trustee of the RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ). Mr. Davis served as a member of the board of directors of Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) from 2005 to 2008 and as a director of EarthLink, Inc. in 2011. Mr. Davis has served on the Unisys Board of Directors since 2011 and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
