Shirley Harrod is the Director of Client Management, Public Sector for Unisys Asia Pacific.
Shirley has responsibility for Unisys’s Public Sector Business within New Zealand, Philippines and a number of Australian based clients. Her key accountabilities including the execution of regional public sector strategy to ensure that Unisys continues to introduce innovation and IP, Services lead solutions to this critical sector.
She is a senior executive in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry with more than 20 years’ experience working at the highest levels in Australian State Government. She also has extensive experience in Banking, Retail and Corporate Australia. She has worked with key agencies including the Department of Education across multiple states, Queensland Health, Port of Melbourne, Victorian Electoral Office. Current Executive responsibilities in New Zealand include Ministry of Education, Inland Revenue, Ministry of Health, New Zealand Transport Authority and Fire and Emergency Services. In Australia she has responsibility for Vic Roads.
