Rob Chapman

Rob Chapman is the Managing Director for UKMEA with responsibility for the business across the region. In this role he reports to Ed Coleman, Unisys CEO.

Rob also has responsibility for outsourcing and infrastructure services in the UKMEA region and is responsible for providing a broad range of services to clients, including:

  • Information technology outsourcing which focuses on desktop and end user support, network management, mobile solutions, and data center operations
  • Business process outsourcing which covers services in cheque and remittance processing, insurance, and mortgage processing.
  • Technology support and maintenance which is IT infrastructure maintenance and related support services for Unisys and multi-vendor technologies in distributed computing environments, and private label maintenance services on behalf of technology companies such as Dell, EMC, and Lexmark.

Rob joined Unisys in February 2009 and brings to Unisys more than 20 years of business, general management and leadership experience with a range of blue-chip and entrepreneurial organisations. He has held executive and senior management roles with EDS, Computershare and Equitant.

Most recently, Rob was with EDS as head of BPO for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Before he joined EDS in 2007, Rob worked as a consultant, independently and with Technology Partners International (TPI).
