Conference Facilities

The center features more than 300 square meters of superb meeting space (3,300 square feet). Whether your meeting is for twenty, sixty - or more, UIMC has just the right blend of atmosphere, comfort, state-of-the-art equipment, and other amenities to make your event a success.

The Main Auditorium

The "Provence" Conference Room

Provence Conference room is air-conditioned, seats up to 30 people and offers flexible seating arrangements as well. See seating layouts. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art computer and audio-visual equipment.

Speakers can use almost any combination of video, overhead and slide projection or direct large screen projection either from a personal computer or special workstation.

The "Saint Paul" meeting room

The Open Air Theatre

Seats up to 40 people and is ideal for informal summer workshops. It is currently under reconstruction. Apologies for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Breakout session areas

Seminars are intensive and discussions often continue through breaks and meals as ideas and relationships develop.

There are additional areas which can be used for breakout / work sessions.
