AirCore primarily focuses on the buying and servicing needs of travelers, then on how an airline creates value. At the heart of the solution is the Operational Customer Database, based on the Unisys Customer Loyalty Solution. The database provides a customer record for value- and journey-based automated decisions. It also allows for individualized customer servicing in all aspects of customer contact, but still supporting the traditional Passenger Name Record (PNR) processes.
