Unisys Cargo Portal Services gives every user a way to keep tabs on services and carriers available using profiles. Thus, forwarders and carriers can set and maintain their own profile, giving you control over the available services.

Both forwarders and carriers can

• View schedules
• View flight and shipment status information

If permission is granted by carrier, users can

• View private allocations or the availability of services
• View rates
• Make new bookings
• Manage existing bookings

When a shipment is booked, a set of time-based milestones is generated to tracking the shipment. It covers key events processed by carriers and ground handlers. The milestones are monitors continually and will flag exceptions that might delay on-time shipments.
