Unisys to Provide Expanded Outsourcing Services for Becton, Dickinson and CompanyIT services extended to BD employees worldwide
Brussels, Belgium, March 26, 2008 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) today announced that its subsidiary, Unisys Belgium, has signed an agreement to provide an expanded range of outsourcing services to BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a global medical technology company.
For the past four years, Unisys has managed BD’s European service desk. This new agreement expands the relationship between the two companies, both in terms of services and geographies. Unisys will now provide service desk and desk-side support, in whole or in part, for Europe, Asia Pacific and North America, including Canada.
Unisys service desk personnel can provide support for users in nine languages. Services will be provided through Unisys-managed services centers in Amsterdam, Budapest, Bangalore and Shanghai.
