About Us Outsourcing Service CentersFor several decades companies worldwide have depended on dedicated Unisys outsourcing service centers for support. Unisys currently has more than 60 outsourcing centers including general purpose data centers with hardware, software, and staff; application support and call centers; as well as locations from which we provide business process outsourcing.
Designed to meet our customers' needs, the centers — and the expertise they provide — are vendor-neutral and platform-independent. The Unisys service delivery mission is to provide these services reliably, cost effectively and with a high level of client satisfaction.
These centers represent some 1,500 multiple-platform processors with more than half a million MIPS of processing power and 100 terabytes of storage. LAN/WAN monitoring services are provided nationwide 24x7, using state-of-the-art monitoring tools such as HP OpenView, Foglight, and Network Associate's Distributed Sniffer System.
