Mary Massung

Biography

Mary Massung serves as Vice President and Managing Business Partner for the Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services business. In this role, Mary teams with GOIS management to build organizational capability and enhance organizational effectiveness by implementing leading-edge initiatives in the areas of recruitment, retention, training and evaluation.

Mary has served in a wide range of roles both in Finance and Human Resources during her more than 25 years with Unisys. Prior to her current position, Mary served as Vice President of Unisys University, where she worked to align the group with the company’s business model and priorities. Her responsibilities included the design, development, and delivery of high impact learning and development offerings to employees around the globe. Before leading Unisys University, Mary was instrumental in providing human resources leadership in developing the Unisys High Performance Center and transforming the company's service delivery model and held several other HR business partner roles supporting Global Financial Services and Systems & Technology.

Mary began her career with Unisys as a member of the Finance organization where she held a variety of roles, giving her broad exposure to many areas of the company, including that of Director, Financial Organization Development. In this role she partnered with finance and human resources to implement programs which enhanced organization capability through the recruiting, selection, assessment, rotation and development of finance employees.

Mary currently serves as the Unisys representative to the Women in Science & Engineering Committee at Penn State University.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
