Unisys Appoints Duncan Tait to Lead United Kingdom, Middle East and Africa Region

BLUE BELL, Pa., June 27, 2007 – Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) today named Duncan Tait as vice president and managing director of the company’s United Kingdom, Middle East and Africa (UKMEA) region.

The United Kingdom is Unisys largest international subsidiary.  As VP and managing director of Unisys UKMEA, Tait will be responsible for overall management of operations in this region, including the company’s large cheque processing and insurance business process outsourcing utilities.

Tait is currently head of the Unisys UKMEA Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services business, which he has led since January 2006.  Given outsourcing’s strategic importance in this region, he will continue in this role while assuming expanded responsibilities for the full portfolio of Unisys services and solutions in UKMEA.

“We are especially pleased to appoint Duncan to this important role.  He is a respected leader across Unisys globally and especially within the UKMEA region -- with command and understanding of the full Unisys portfolio,” said Unisys President and CEO Joe McGrath.  “Duncan’s appointment will enable us to continue the momentum of our transformation in this region.”

Tait brings more than 20 years of experience in the services and outsourcing market to his new role.  Prior to Unisys, he was director and general manager for HP’s outsourcing business in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Tait assumes this responsibility from Nick Wilson who will be leaving Unisys at the end of June to pursue other interests.
