Unisys Announces Management Changes As Company Continues to Drive Repositioning Effort

BLUE BELL, Pa., June 4, 2007 – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) today announced the following changes in its senior executive team:

Peter Blackmore, executive vice president and president of worldwide sales, marketing, and technology, will be leaving Unisys at the end of the month to join another company as president and chief operating officer, with a planned transition to chief executive officer.
Rich Marcello has joined Unisys as president of the company’s Systems & Technology business. See accompanying release.

Formerly senior vice president and general manager of the Business Critical Servers product line at Hewlett-Packard, Marcello will lead development, production, sales, services and marketing for Unisys enterprise servers and related software and technologies. Marcello succeeds Leo C. Daiuto, who will be retiring from Unisys. Daiuto has had a distinguished 39-year career with the company.
