Paul FalkenbergProgram Manager, Justice and Public SafetyGlobal Public Sector BiographyPaul Falkenberg is a program manager with the Unisys Justice and Public Safety Practice, based in Norcross, Ga. In this capacity, Paul is responsible for business development and delivery of integrated justice solutions. He has extensive consulting experience in requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of large-scale information technology systems. He also has experience working with criminal justice systems integration, including courts, law enforcement, prosecution and corrections. In addition, his experience includes strategic planning and implementation of integrated justice information sharing (IJIS), and he has participated in and managed numerous inter-agency and statewide criminal justice strategic planning efforts.
Prior to joining Unisys, Paul was a project manager in the public safety and justice practice at BearingPoint, where he created a program management office for a large SAP implementation consisting of more than 100,000 consulting and 50,000 client hours. Also, Paul was project manager for the implementation of statewide court case management system for the South Carolina Judicial Department that included requirements definition, COTS software customization, data conversion, testing and training. He developed a strategic technology plan for the modernization of the South Carolina Judicial Branch and analyzed the existing business process and information technology resources at all levels of court within the State.
Before that position, Paul served as client/project manager at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). While at CSC, he developed a statewide Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) strategic plan for Louisiana, while analyzing the existing business process and information technology infrastructure to allow Louisiana to integrate all the major criminal justice agencies.
