Biography

Patricia (Patty) Obermaier, a partner with the Federal Systems organization, leads the Health and Human Services (HHS) practice at Unisys.   In this role she is responsible for strategic leadership, practice development and service delivery.  Prior to her role in the HHS practice, Patty served as chief strategist and field readiness leader for Unisys security solutions.  In this role, she was responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy as well as deploying the global sales and services delivery models for Unisys security solutions.

 

Prior to this position, Patty served as the practice director for the Unisys CRM practice. Her primary focus was to ensure that the CRM practice produced high-quality deliverables that met and exceeded the client’s expectations. In addition to practice delivery, she was also responsible for business development and staff management. 
 
Patty has more than 15 years’ experience helping executives at federal government agencies and Fortune 500 companies improve business operations.  A specialist in business strategy and customer relationship management, she has worked in a variety of industries such as health care, insurance, financial services, manufacturing and the federal government.
 
Prior to Unisys, Patty served as vice president of Collaborative Relationship Services at Collaborex, Inc., where she was responsible for the strategic direction, practice development and services management for Collaborex’s customer relationship management practice group. In addition to her practice development responsibilities, she was responsible for business development, and her efforts resulted in obtaining the company’s largest client, DuPont.
 
Before her tenure at Collaborex, Patty was president and co-founder of The Alleris Group, a leading customer relationship management consulting firm. Working with Fortune 500 and leading national and international firms such as Bausch & Lomb, Bell Atlantic, CIGNA, IMS Health and Market Measures, she helped increase their profitability by as much as 20 percent by developing and implementing customer loyalty strategies.
