Naren Patel

Biography

Naren Patel is vice president of sales, North America Public Sector, and client relationship executive for the State of New York, where is responsible for building client relationships and working internally with three business units. Naren is based in Albany, N.Y.  

Naren joined Unisys in 1978 and has held increasingly responsible sales and management positions focusing on the State of New York government clients for the past 22 years. He was also the Unisys business development manager for the SUN Microsystems alliance, and prior to that he was a sales manager. Naren began his sales career working with healthcare and commercial accounts. Following his initial success, he became zone manager, leading a team that rocused on local government and the healthcare line of business.
