John O’Neill

Biography

John O’Neill serves as full portfolio partner, Government Transformation Center (GTC), for Unisys Federal Systems.  The GTC is a combination of facilities, solutions and services strategically designed to address the complexities of technology services in the government marketplace and provide government clients easy access to full life cycle managed services.  Based in Reston, Va., John leads all GTC activity, including the development of a shared services structure and related processes, and the formation of new business and financial structures. 

Prior to joining Unisys, John spent over 21 years with KPMG Consulting, Inc.  In his most recent position with KPMG, he was a managing director, where he was responsible for the company’s New Haven office, serving the southern New England area for higher education, healthcare and other not-for-profit clientele.  He also served as managing director on many key accounts including Yale University, University Hospitals Health System, Harvard University, Massachusetts General Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.
