Biography

Gary Wolfe is director of court programs for the justice and public safety practice for Global Public Sector. In this capacity, he is responsible for services to assist courts worldwide to improve the efficiencies of processing daily business and providing guidance in technological solutions.  In addition, he is charged with managing re-engineering, strategic planning and integrated solutions projects for the justice community.  Gary is an expert in developing and overseeing global court and justice strategies, and he co-developed and coordinated the European justice program.  He is based in Blue Bell, Pa.

 

Prior to joining Unisys, Gary was the justice solutions director at CBIZ, Trilinc Consulting, Inc.,  where he developed and managed the national justice system practice business, developed and designed project proposals, and he provided guidance and advice on all criminal justice projects.

 

Before that, Gary was a manager in the public safety and justice practice at KPMG, LLP, where he consulted with courts and justice agencies nationwide on business process reengineering, organization and information technology strategic planning, and defining functional specifications required to meet automation needs.
