Edward Davies

Biography

Edward (Ted) Davies is managing partner, civilian agencies, Unisys Federal Systems, based in Reston, Va.  In this capacity, he is responsible for client relationship management, team development, market development and delivery of the work Unisys performs for federal civilian agencies.

Ted joins Unisys from Tele~Consultants, Inc., where he served as executive vice president leading the transformation from a small niche subcontractor to a well-positioned prime contractor in the Navy communications support services market. 

Prior to that position, Ted was a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., where he developed and co-led the economics and business analysis team within the worldwide technology business.  This organization provided services across the federal government and to targeted commercial clients. 

Ted has spoken regularly on IT sourcing strategies and e-government economics at conferences and industry sessions.
