Unisys Statistics Plus Analysis Program

Stats Plus is designed to help your financial institution measure and maximize the performance of your document processing system.  It tracks the performance of the transport, application and operators and displays the results in easy-to-read charts, tables, and graphs.  Site managers and operators can conveniently access Stat Plus from the transport PC in addition to remote terminals that are connected to the network.  It is included with Common API 3.6 and higher at no additional charge.

Operator Video Help and Training

With Video Help and Training, the information that operators need to operate and maintain your document processing equipment is located on the transport PC.  Interactive, multimedia instructions provide operators with instant access to the specific information they need to obtain optimal performance. 

Video Help has short, simple instructions with full-motion, video clips demonstrating a variety of transport operation, shift maintenance, and document preparation tasks.  Over 20 video clips provide step-by-step instructions for cleaning, operations, and consumables replacement tasks.

Video Training teaches new operators the fundamentals of transport operation, consumables replacement, and transport maintenance.  Its structured modular approach includes a self-test section at the end of each module so that operators can assess what they have learned.   Full motion videos show operators the location, features and functions of transport modules and provide in-depth instructions for clearing track jams and handling exceptions.

InfoAdvisor

Customers who are registered with Unisys Support Online and the Document Processors System Family may access product documentation on the internet at http://www.infoadvisor.com.

InfoAdvisor is a browser-based portal that provides support documentation and product information for NDP transports and related products and applications.  Information is available on a variety of topics including operator maintenance and cleaning procedures, jam recovery, performance information, and document preparation.

Image Quality Monitor

This software enables operators to view images during the capture processes without interrupting the flow of documents.  If the quality of an image does not meet the standards of your operations center, operators can visually detect the problem and take corrective actions to prevent substandard images from entering your archive.  Operators can examine documents in detail with the zoom capability.
