Any application that runs in The Open Group's XATMI ASE-compliant mainframe environment and supports the OSI TP protocol running over TCP/IP (such as Open Distributed Transaction Processing) is suitable for integration with the Mainframe Adapter for OSI TP.

This solution offers you a fully recoverable and secure way to integrate your ClearPath transactions with your BEA Tuxedo and WebLogic Enterprise applications. It also supports the concurrent, two-phase committed coordination of transactions from HP-UX, Sun Solaris, IBM AIX, Microsoft Windows NT/2000, IBM CICS and Unisys OS 2200 or MCP Open Distributed Transaction Processing systems – with no loss of transactional integrity and with no reprogramming needed.
