• Design: Builds upon the assessment phase architecture. We apply specific technologies designed to accommodate the consolidation requirements.

Building

Staging, implementation and deployment activities. Together, we co-develop an extensive project plan identifying each step in the process, the tasks and other requirements necessary to ensure a smooth and timely transition. These plans and activities are designed to mitigate the risk and impact to the users when deploying new technologies and business processes.

Managing

Consulting services to assist with testing and deploying new business requirements into the consolidated environment, and training your technical staff on how to operate and manage the new environment. With the help of our Sentinel suite of manage tools, as well as Microsoft’s management tools we can provide end-to-end management of your environment.
