Missed garbage collection? Water leak in the street? The 311 call center engages the appropriate department(s) and tracks follow-up actions to resolution.
The Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) contract vehicle allows participating government agencies anywhere in the US to acquire Google services through Unisys under pre-negotiated terms that simplify procurement and accelerate implementation for optimum benefit.
