support and application updates.
Results and Benefits
- Improved the speed and consistency of the recruitment and screening process for new
police officers by following and maintaining information about prescribed steps
- Gained a view into the life cycle of each student’s selection tests including sport,
intelligence, psychological, etc. as well as their medical check and safety investigation
which, when all are positive, lead to a contract and training at the selected police
- Achieved the ability to effectively respond to requests of the country’s Ministry of Justice to
enroll specific volumes of students
